The Fairmont hotel is beautiful and epic at every turn! We love the room we had, and spending time in the garden terrace., the best gift shop ever and the restaurant. The restaurant is pretty and it’s food delicious, with friendly good service. It is fun to know Tony Bennet sang his famous song at this hotel for the first time. Historical! Well worth the stay!! I appreciated having stairs next to the elevator if I wanted to take those (and they are gorgeous!) The staff was very helpful and kind and genuine and accommodating. Thank you!!

The hotel is a beautiful work of art. There is a regal feeling when you step onto the Fairmont establishment. The hotel had its grand christmas tree and wonderfully fragrant gongerbread house. The stary was great! We had an excellent hamburger from room service at 12:00pm. It was hot, juicy and delightful. The fries were excellent and crispy as well. The dinner and breakfast brunch at Laurel Court seamed a bit dull and overprices in comparison to the food from room service.

Hotel is beautiful. Everything felt easy (and often times in SF things are not easy.) Staff were setting up the giant life-sized gingerbread house in the lobby and it smelled wonderful. Nob Hill felt safe and we were treated to a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed our adjoining rooms (7 women staying together for a concert) and we had a great dinner and drinks at the Tonga Room downstairs. I would love to stay here again while in the City.

Incredible hotel on top of Nob Hill with a stunning courtyard and lobby. A great place to have friends meet up at if you stay here and even get drinks or light food at the restaurant. Rooms are nice and large, with great quality furniture despite being a bit dated. The gym is quality and the property overall is top notch. I have stayed here many times and will continue staying here well into the future.

Fairmont is a very high quality hotel as you step through the doors with beautiful marble pillars. We thought it was just to big for our liking you get lost very quickly. The bedrooms were clean and well kept although felt a little dated but this is an iconic hotel. It is situated in the best place to see and explore San Francisco on the trolleys with cafes and restaurants within 8 minutes walk.
