Incredible hotel on top of Nob Hill with a stunning courtyard and lobby. A great place to have friends meet up at if you stay here and even get drinks or light food at the restaurant. Rooms are nice and large, with great quality furniture despite being a bit dated. The gym is quality and the property overall is top notch. I have stayed here many times and will continue staying here well into the future.

I purchased from the jewelry store and the florist, and would have from the gift shop if there was room in my suitcase! Appreciated the daily maid replenishing the decaf coffee and tea, as I cannot drink caffiene. Nice touches throughout.

Room was nice just need to be a bit refreshed it's a bit old, especially bathroom really old with an ugly shower. Gym was nice and big, breakfast was really good(very expansive though), location was great, hotel very well kept just a bit decadent.

Beautiful old world charm of the property. Nice, helpful friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Pay extra for a suite with bay and city view and it was worth it.
